Scott Kargman COO, Crossfire Media Before joining Crossfire Media, Scott held the position of COO and CFO for Pulvermedia. Scott was responsible for the company’s financial, investment and M&A activities, and he had overall operational responsibility for the company.  In this position, Scott worked to form key strategic partnerships, oversaw all legal considerations for the company, managed 3rd Party fundraising efforts, and directed all negotiations as they relate to matters of Pulvermedia interest.  And his experience in the role has been substantial as he previously held the same positions for a host of entities within the Pulver family of companies, including Vivox and Free World Dialup.  Prior to Pulvermedia, Scott served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at ARBED Americas Inc. where he oversaw the financial side of the company’s worldwide SAP implementation, was responsible for the monthly consolidation of all subsidiaries, devised all JV agreements, and worked to close strategic M&A transactions.  Prior to ARBED, Scott was a staff accountant with KPMG in their New York office. Scott has overall operational and financial responsibility for all Crossfire Media activities. An alumnus of St. John’s University, Scott received a BS in Accounting Magna Cum Laude from the school in 1993.  He makes his home in Neponsit, New York with his wife Daniela. scott@crossfiremedia.com
